On April 13, 2023, the WFST Pioneer Observation Plan Review Meeting was held at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) - Purple Mountain Observatory (PMO), which was conducted in a combination of online and offline methods. The scientific committee of WFST participated in this review. Professor Tinggui Wang, on behalf of the WFST scientific working group, made a report on the “WFST Pioneer Observation Plan”. The scientific committee listened to the above report, conducted questioning, and believed that the scientific test projects, multi-scientific time-domain pioneer survey and opportunity observation plan proposed by the WFST scientific working group can comprehensively test the performance of WFST, lay a foundation for the formal survey, and are expected to achieve early scientific results. After discussion, the scientific committee passed the review of the Pioneer Observation Plan formulated by the WFST scientific working group and put forward guiding opinions and suggestions for subsequent implementation
